Antonio Abbatecola

Antonio Abbatecola is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Padova (Italy), where he also received his PhD in Energy Engineering. His research focuses primarily on two-phase heat transfer, with particular interest in condensation and frosting phenomena. His work combines experimental and modeling approaches to investigate the transport mechanisms governing phase-change processes and their implications for thermal control. More recently, his research interests have expanded to include phase change materials (PCMs) and thermochemical materials (TCMs), with a view toward advanced solutions for thermal energy storage and thermal control.
